Rihanna Gets New Ride

Rihanna, the New Digital Queen showed off her new ride on twitter late last night. With all of Rihanna's record breaking, album dropping, news making and touring this past year, the people at Roc Nation Rihanna's management company decided to give her a little Thank You....  A brand new SUV!!!

She tweeted last night:

Rihanna says 'You Da One' in her new video

This is a thing that happened.

Rihanna just wrapped up her GIANT ALL-CONQUERING TOUR in London, but apparently she was quite busy even while that was going on, shooting videos and collapsing from exhaustion and the like.  Luckily the 'You Da One' video, which just premiered, doesn't find her actually doing that much, so hopefully it didn't contribute to her fatigue too much.

Unfortunately the fact it doesn't find her doing much means it's a pretty boring watch, unless you're a fan of dodgy wigs (which we understand many of our readers are).  To be honest we've never been a huge fan of Rihanna's midtempo "jAmZ," as we're not sure she has the voice for such things and they always trend to the boring side of "good," but as generic pop songs go we're not going to complain about 'You' and instead will just say it's highly unlikely to unseat her current #1 track 'We Found Love' from the peak of the charts. 

Speaking of 'We Found Love,' congrats, RiRi, on your longest running chart-topper ever.  Maybe you can celebrate by donning a tacky blond weave and running around in black-and-white for a few minutes.

Rihanna Teases 'You Da One' Video, Talk That Talk singer tweets

Rihanna is giving her fans all over the world a taste of what they should expect from her forthcoming "You Da One" video. Over the weekend, the Talk That Talk singer tweeted a still from the clip.

"#YOUDAONEVIDEO she tweeted " you know im already in trouble 4 this but, i like to keep y'all in the loop," 

which also included a photo of Rihanna, topless, leaning back in a chair as she blows smoke into the air. Helmed by her "We Found Love" director Melina Matsoukas.

"You Da One" is the second single off the album. Produced by Dr. Luke, it follows up the success of "We Found Love."

Rihanna Tops Facebook's 2011 List in Music

The Barbados R&B singer Rihanna who becomes the most popular musician of the year on social media Facebook. The Bajan songstress tops not just one but two lists at once on the networking service co-founded by Mark Zuckerberg. Riri's account has more than 47,700,000 likes, is declared the fastest growing page.

Bob Marley, Avril Lavigne, David Guetta and Enrique Iglesias fill in the rest of the top 5. Lady GaGa, who collected around 45,000,000 likes, settles at No. 7 behind Usher. The "Battleship" actress scores the most-listened song of the year through her Calvin Harris-featured dance track "We Found Love". She beats Katy Perry "Last Friday Night" and LMFAO "Sexy and I Know It". Rounding up the top 10 is Adele with her Billboard No. 1 single "Someone Like You".
